This site is dedicated to the yoga of true knowledge or jnana yoga, as well as to the book called "The Yoga of Truth", which describes it.

This site contains quotes from the book on a variety of subjects : truth, illusion, the self, happiness, love & desire, meditation and enlightenment. These quotes are meant for contemplation and should be read slowly.

Also available are free teaching video clips and a sample chapter on who You really are.
